[MAC] Valentina Servers prefs panel improved

We have redesign a little preference panel “Valentina Servers”.

Removed controls about auto-refresh. Now panel refreshes the state each 2 seconds.

Instead of 3 buttons start/stop/restart we have now a single button that changes state.
